Is the free plan really free? No credit card?

What's included in the 14-day trial for Starter and Growth?
The trial gives you full access to the plan's features — all email limits, sending accounts, and advanced capabilities. No restrictions. Cancel any time before the trial ends with no charge.
Do you charge per seat or per user?
No. OutboundHQ does not charge per seat. Your plan covers all users in your account at no extra cost. Most competitors (Instantly, Lemlist, Woodpecker) charge per mailbox or per user, which scales poorly for agencies.
What happens if I exceed my monthly email limit?
You'll receive an alert before you hit your limit. Sending pauses until the next billing cycle or you upgrade. You won't be charged overage fees — the limit is a cap, not a trigger for surprise charges.
Does OutboundHQ include email warmup?
Yes. Built-in warmup is included on Starter and Growth plans. It gradually increases your sending reputation with a network of warmup inboxes. Free plan users can configure their own warmup through external tools.
